Does Quill supply prepaid electricity meters in Egypt?
Yes. Quill Meters supplies the QE-110 single-phase prepaid IC-card meter, built to the EEHC specification and STS, plus the QE-530 three-phase, QE-540 CT and QE-640 medium-voltage smart meters for utilities, developers and industrial sites.
Can one system manage electricity, water, gas and cooling meters?
Yes. QE-SYS-2.0 is a universal AMI system that reads, bills and manages Quill electricity, water, gas and BTU meters from one web platform, with prepaid billing and remote connect and disconnect.
Which communication options do Quill smart meters support?
Depending on the model: 4G LTE, GPRS, G3-PLC, PRIME-PLC, LoRaWAN, RF, RS485 and M-Bus, using plug-and-play modules so the right option can be fitted per site.
Which standards are Quill meters built to?
IEC 62052, 62053 and 62055 for electricity meters, STS prepayment and DLMS/COSEM communication, MID and OIML R49 for water meters, and EN 1359 and EN 16314 for gas meters.
Do you supply meters for real-estate developments?
Yes. We supply meters, the AMI system and the myQuill App for new compounds and commercial projects, and can also run utility management, billing and collection for the development.
